More Than A Hashtag: #WomenSupportingWomen

#WomenSupportingWomen — it's more than just a catchy hashtag.

It's a movement, a way of living, and a reminder of the incredible power we hold when we choose to uplift each other instead of tearing each other down.

But let's be honest. Sometimes, in the rush of emotions or assumptions, we forget to give each other grace. How often do we see negative comments or quick judgments on social media before we even know the full story?

What if, instead, we paused?

What if we gave women the benefit of the doubt, extended kindness, and remembered that everyone is doing their best with what they have? That small shift can ripple out in powerful ways, creating a culture where women truly feel supported and seen.

I riffed on this topic recently in my Rise and Thrive Women's Circle Facebook group. It was an inspiring conversation about how we can show up for each other and not condemn each other. If this resonates with you, I'd love to invite you to join us there. It's a community where we explore these ideas in more depth and support one another in rising and thriving. Here's what I shared last week, because it's worth repeating:

To me, supporting women is about showing up:

• It's cheering on your friend when she takes a leap of faith, whether it's launching her business, applying for that dream job, or simply taking time for herself.

• It's offering a listening ear, without judgment, when someone needs to vent or process.

• It's amplifying each other's voices, celebrating successes, and being a safe space when the road gets tough.

But most of all, it's about leading by example. Supporting each other starts with how we treat ourselves — with kindness, patience, and belief in our own worth.

So, how can we keep showing up for each other?

• Share resources: Whether it's a podcast, a book, or even a connection, generosity makes the world brighter.

• Celebrate: Call out someone's win today. That friend who crushed her presentation? Let her know she's amazing.

• Give grace: When a friend is hard on herself, remind her that she's doing her best — and that it's enough.

This is why I do what I do — to create spaces for women to rise together. My work is grounded in the belief that when one of us thrives, we all thrive.

So, here's my challenge to you today:
