What does that mean? When you

🤦🏻 make a mistake

🤦🏿 forget to do something

🤦🏾 drop or break something

🤦🏽 say something awkward

🤦🏼 miss a deadline

Instead of

🚫 berating yourself

🚫 putting yourself down

🚫 calling yourself names

🚫 quitting

Do:

💜 take ownership of what happened

💙 acknowledge what didn’t work

💗 practice positive self-talk (it’s okay, this too shall pass, we all make mistakes, I can handle this)

💚 stop yourself from going into a s negative spiral where you say bad things about yourself

♥️ do some mirror work and talk to your reflection as if it were your best friend
