You Don't Have To Figure This Out Alone
Last week demanded everything I had.
It was one of those weeks. People needed me. I showed up. And somewhere in the middle of all of it I lost track of my own footing.
I was depleted in a way that is hard to describe. Not just tired. That particular kind of empty that comes from giving everything to everyone else while quietly running on fumes.
And I kept going anyway. Because that is what I do. Because that is what so many of us do.
Until I finally reached out to a friend and said, “this week is kicking my ass.”
That is it. That was the whole message.
And the response I got back was not advice. It was not a solution. It was just someone saying I see you. Keep going. You are not alone.
And something shifted.
Not everything. Not dramatically. Just enough.
Enough to take a breath. Enough to keep going. Enough to remember that I did not have to carry it all by myself.
That is what support actually does.
Not fix everything. Not have all the answers. Just make the weight feel a little less impossible to carry.
I share this because I know I am not the only one who does this. Who waits too long to reach out. Who tries to figure it all out alone. Who mistakes asking for support with weakness.
It is not weakness.
It is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.
That is exactly why I do this work. And it is exactly what working together looks like.
If you have been carrying something alone and wondering if having real support alongside you would make a difference - I think you already know the answer.
A free 30 minute strategy call is always available. No pressure. Just a real conversation.
