The Girl You Once Were

This week, something beautiful happened.

I shared a reel for International Day of the Girl - a message to all the girls out there about worth, freedom, and believing in themselves.

What I didn't expect was how deeply it would resonate with women. It reminded me of something powerful:

We are all still carrying that girl within us.

The one who dreamed big.

The one who believed anything was possible.

The one who wanted to be seen, heard, and loved - exactly as she was.

But somewhere along the way, life got louder. Expectations, responsibilities, and the roles we thought we had to play started to drown out her voice.
