You Are NOT Behind!

Happy Wednesday!

I want to remind you that you are not behind!

This has been my mantra for the year. I have felt like I personally have been behind. I do know that's not true because I am right where I meant to be, as are you.

Many of us have had things happen in our lives, some ups and downs, curveballs thrown our way, and we've made adjustments.

I am pinpointing the moment I got behind was on December 27th - when I was diagnosed with Covid! I had that week planned out to work on wrapping up 2022 and getting ready for 2023. My holiday guests had all left and most of my clients were on vacation or spending time with their families. I had a lot of open time to work on the projects that I wanted to do. However, they didn't get done. The New Year arrived and I was still too sick to do anything!

I struggled with getting my rhythm back.

Why do I share all this with you? I have two reasons.

First, to explain my absence from connecting with you. And, to let you know if you, too, sometimes feel like you are behind - you aren't and you are not alone!

You are right where you are meant to be. So am I. Neither of us are behind.

Keep working on moving forward. Baby steps count as you eventually get to the end result.

Remember, most people have dropped their new years resolutions by now. If you are still working on your new years goals - Congratulations! Keep going! Practice self compassion - you can sit there and beat yourself up because you're not as far as long as you think you should be, but that's not going get you any further. It's not going serve any purpose, except to make yourself feel crummy and want to avoid it.

You are exactly where you are meant to be. You are not behind. You are doing wonderful on your journey.

Now, if you believe you could use some extra support. If you believe you can use some tweaking. If you believe you could use a little bit of gentle ass kicking, then reach out.

I hope you have a great day and I want you to remember to dream, to believe, and to love.

Thank you for being here! I am so grateful that you are!
