Learning to Trust Yourself Again

Lately I've been thinking a lot about something that comes up again and again in my work with women.

Self-trust.

Not the casual kind we sometimes talk about, but the deeper kind.

The kind where you can actually hear your own voice clearly.

The kind where you don't constantly second guess your decisions.

The kind where you know you're allowed to want what you want.

So many thoughtful, capable women have spent years being subtly taught not to trust themselves.

To defer.
To question their instincts.
To make themselves smaller in order to keep the peace.

Over time that disconnect can feel exhausting.

But the truth is, the ability to trust yourself isn't something you have to create from scratch. It's something you can reconnect with and strengthen.

Because of how often this comes up in my work, I'm going to be offering a workshop in April called:

Rebuilding Self-Trust: Learning to Hear and Trust Your Own Voice Again

In this workshop we'll explore:

• why self-trust often gets eroded over time
• how social conditioning can quietly disconnect women from their inner knowing
• the difference between thoughtful reflection and self-doubt
• ways to begin strengthening trust in yourself and your decisions

This workshop will be a thoughtful and supportive space where women can reclaim their clarity and strengthen their voice.

I'll be opening registration later this week and will share the details with you as soon as it's live.

Warmly,

xo, Denise
